Official Sweepstakes Rules
Sponsor: The “Win a Limited-Edition Guitar Cutting Board” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Brass Wolf Workshop LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Sponsor”).
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] at [Start Time] (Mountain Time) and ends on [End Date] at 11:59 p.m. (Mountain Time) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the continental United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible individuals may enter by completing the following actions:

Visit brasswolfworkshop.com/giveaway (or scan the QR code provided) and submit a valid email address to complete your entry and unlock bonus chances to win.
Prize: One (1) winner will be randomly selected to receive one (1) limited-edition Guitar Cutting Board, handcrafted by Sponsor. Approximate Retail Value: $150. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. The Prize is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Winner Selection and Notification: One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur within two (2) business days following the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email within five (5) days of the drawing. If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) days of notification, fails to provide required information, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
General Conditions: Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impair the integrity of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, statements, hometown, state, and country for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation.
Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, or corrupted entries; technical failures of any kind; or unauthorized human intervention.
Disputes: All disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado. By entering, each entrant consents to the jurisdiction of such courts and waives any claim to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, attorney’s fees, or damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy: Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at www.brasswolfworkshop.com/terms-of-service.
